What we collect
When you book a fit call, we collect your name, email address, optional notes you provide, and your selected time slot. Technical data (such as browser type and approximate location inferred by scheduling tools) may be processed by our calendar provider.
Why we use it
We use this information solely to schedule meetings, send confirmations and reminders, and follow up about Pipeline Engine Sprint or related services you requested. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
Booking may be processed through Cal.com or similar scheduling infrastructure connected to this site. Those providers act as data processors under their own terms. Optionally enable analytics on this site via environment configuration; when disabled, no advertising trackers run from our implementation.
Retention
We retain booking and email correspondence long enough to operate the sprint engagement and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of scheduling data by contacting us at the email below.
