What this page is for
It is the measurement agreement—how we count qualified, attended meetings—so you can judge the sprint on definitions and numbers, not on logos or curated charts. Full public write-ups come when pilots finish and a client opts in. Until then, proof is the rubric below and the weekly KPI sheet tied to it.
Pattern-level outreach (anonymized)
Real sends reference company signals and role context—not mail-merge fields. We don’t publish prospect-specific copy on the open web; on calls we’ll show live examples appropriate to your ICP.
What this framework covers
- - Engagement type: 30-day outbound pilot
- - Audience: B2B SaaS and infrastructure buyers—strong fintech depth; dev tools, data, security, and vertical SaaS included
- - Motion: founder and head-of-sales track with ICP-qualified targeting
- - Execution: AI-assisted personalization with human review on approvals; reply handling and booking operations
- - Measurement: only attended meetings that satisfy seniority and pain criteria count
ICP-qualified means outreach and replies are scored against that rubric, not vanity reply volume.
Guarantee, SLA, and disqualifiers
Your responsibilities (SLA)
When these are true, we can commit to timelines and the extension clause.
- Approve ICP and messaging within 2 business days
- Maintain at least 6 business hours per week of calendar availability
- Respond to deal-specific questions within 1 business day
- Attend booked meetings or provide a qualified substitute
If SLA is breached, guarantee timelines pause until compliance is restored.
What does not count toward the guarantee
Meetings are excluded when they fall outside the written rules—same language as contract.
- Prospect or account is outside the agreed ICP by the written definition (Primary and, if used, Halo)
- Attendee is below VP+, C-level, or founder-equivalent
- Meeting was not attended, or was missed by the client
- Pain is not explicitly confirmed on the call or mapped to your offer
- Prospect intent is unrelated to the defined pain or problem area
- Client-requested messaging changes that reduce deliverability or relevance against written recommendations
Promise: minimum 8 attended, qualified meetings in 30 days. If short: continue at no additional fee for up to 2 extra weeks, subject to SLA. Extension ends after that 2-week cap.
